During my stay at Upasana Eco Resort, I was astounded by the exceptional care and attention the staff showed towards my elderly parents, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times. The provision of ironing facilities in the room was a thoughtful touch, allowing us to look our best for the day ahead. The room's efficient air conditioning created a perfect retreat from the warm Bengali weather, enhancing our relaxation after a day of exploration.
